I am an Industrial engineer with a major in electricity; I have about 25 years experience in the manufacturing industry: Maintenance, Production, Purchasing, Quality Control, Production Control, Product Engineering, Injection molding (plastics), etc. After I had a stroke and brain tumor surgery in 2001 I have been recovering and working on developing new products: Among them a ceramic plate that needs only one minute preheating in the microwave and stays still hot for more than 1/2 hour and keeps food hot throughout the meal. Actually my invention is patented as a microwaveable heat storage device and the plate is only one possible configuration; a coffee mug that keeps coffee hot to the last sip is next, people are asking and waiting for it ever since I mentioned it.
